To delete your account and associated data, please send an email to support@joogoos.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Be sure to send your request from the email address linked to your Joogoos account so we can verify your identity. We may request additional verification to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

3. What Will Be Deleted

Once verified, we will permanently delete the following data:

  • Your account details (e.g., name, email)
  • AI-generated content linked to your account
  • OAuth tokens for connected social media platforms
  • Any other personally identifiable information (PII) stored by Joogoos

This process is irreversible. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

4. Data We May Retain

In compliance with applicable laws and business requirements, some information may be retained, such as:

  • Payment and transaction records (for financial, legal, or tax reasons)
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you
  • Information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service

Retained data is stored securely and will not be used for marketing or profiling purposes.
