One sentence, your photos, a video
Five stages, and you are only in three of them. Nothing is charged until you press Generate, and the price is on the button before you do.

You say what it is about
In the chat. One sentence is enough. It asks what it still needs — post or video, where it is going, which photos, narration or captions, anything that must appear on screen — and fills in a card as you answer. Skip anything and it uses what it already knows about your business and shows you it did.
- 2
It writes the script
A language model turns the brief, what it knows about your business and the captions of the photos you picked into a script: a list of shots, what is in each one, how long it runs and what is said over it. This is the only place a model decides anything about the shape of the video.
- 3
Each shot is made
Per shot: your photo is edited to the shot, given motion, given a voice, and captioned with real word timings from the audio. These run in parallel, each as its own priced call. You watch it happen and can change or stop any of it mid-flight.

You change what you do not like
Trim, reorder, split, swap the music, change the caption style — all free, because the preview plays in your browser. Redo one shot and only that shot is paid for again. The price of a redo is on the button.
- 5
You download it or publish it
Download the MP4, or open the publish dialog: tick the channels, check the caption for each one, pick the moment. A person always presses the last button.
The pipeline, as you see it
Not a spinner. The real graph of the work, one node per call, each with what it is, what it made and what it cost. Click a node to redo it or cancel it; the running total only ever counts what was actually spent.
An illustration on the shape of a real run. Three shots here; a fifteen-second video is usually six, and cost about $0.26 of provider time when we last measured it. Whatever the number is for your video, it is on the Generate button before you press it.
What is under it
The interesting decisions are about money and control, not about which model is fashionable this month.
Every call is budgeted before it is made
Nothing reaches a provider without an estimate, a reservation against your credits, a deadline and an attempt cap. A run that cannot be paid for never starts, and a runaway loop is not a thing that can happen to your balance.
The model is not the product
Each step is an operation with a fixed contract — a picture in, a picture out — and the provider behind it can be swapped without touching anything else. When something better or cheaper appears, you get it without a migration.
Failure costs what it cost
A call that fails and is not billed to us is not billed to you. A call that fails after the provider billed us is charged at the real amount and shown as failed. Neither is rounded, hidden or quietly absorbed into a plan.
Your pictures stay yours
Recipes travel between businesses — how many shots, how they move, how the words look. Photographs never do. A template you pick from the gallery is previewed with stock and filled with your own library.
See it on your own photos
That is the only test that means anything, and the credits to run it are already on the account.
